BRAS PROMO RULES
1. Object of the Promotion
The promotional offer includes a 50% discount on the third bra purchased, with a minimum purchase of three eligible bras in a single transaction.
2. Duration and Validity Channel
The promotion is valid exclusively for purchases made on our e-commerce site www.LullabyLingerie.com . The offer ends on October 31, 2025 (inclusive), while supplies last.
3. Promotional Items and Exclusions
The promotion applies to all full-price bras. Items already discounted are explicitly excluded from the promotion.
4. Application Methods and Cumulation
The 50% discount will be automatically applied in your cart to the eligible item with the lowest list price of the three selected. The promotion cannot be combined with other discount codes, coupons, or current offers.
5. Product Availability
- Fashion Collections: Please note that items from the fashion collections, once sold out in specific sizes, will not be restocked.
- Purchase Guarantee: Adding a product to your cart does not guarantee availability or lock in the price. Your purchase is considered finalized only upon completion of payment.
6. Return and Refund Policy
If you return one or more items purchased with this promotion, the refund will be calculated proportionally. The total discount received on the order is considered "spread" across all eligible items. Therefore, you will be refunded the price actually paid for each returned item, minus its discounted portion.
- Practical Example: You purchase 3 eligible bras: Bra A (€30), Bra B (€28), Bra C (€20). The 50% discount applies to item C, so you have a total discount of €10. The total you pay is €68. If you decide to return Bra A (list price €30), the refund will not be €30, but a lower amount that takes into account its "share" of the €10 discount applied to the entire order.

- Purchase 3 or more eligible items : 20% off .
The purchase of a single item from the above categories does not entitle you to any discount.

5. Return and Refund Policy
If a partial return reduces the number of eligible items in the final order, the discount will be recalculated based on the items actually retained by the customer.
- Example: If a customer purchases 3 items (e.g., women's pajamas, a men's robe, and a nightgown) for a 20% discount, and then returns the men's robe, the final order will contain 2 items. The applicable discount will then be 10%. The difference in the discount on the retained items will be deducted from the refund amount.
