What does cup C, D, E, etc. mean?
What do the Letters in Bra Sizes Mean?
When it comes to choosing the right bra, you will often find letters like A, B, C, D and so on next to the numerical size. But what exactly do these letters mean?
The letters in bra sizes refer to different bra cup sizes. These letters indicate the depth and width of the cups and are used in conjunction with numerical sizes that indicate the circumference of the bust.
Standard letters in bra sizes include A, B, C, D, and so on. Each letter corresponds to a different bra cup size and indicates the breast volume the bra is designed to contain and support.
To calculate the cup size, however, it is essential to also calculate the underbust measurement (basically the number in front of the cup). To understand how to carry out these measurements go to the CALCULATE YOUR SIZE page
