The Kalai line is produced in"ECONYL"® regenerated nylon, a type of yarn from which the VITA fabric is made, produced by the Italian company CARVICO. An eco-sustainable fabric derived from recycling.
ECONYL regenerated nylon is an incredibly resistant material and at the same time very thin and well covering.The innovative structure of the VITA fabric makes it hyper-resistant, thin and elastic and TWICE more resistant to chlorine, sunlight (UPV 50+) and sunscreens than competing yarns.
This material also has bacteriostatic and hydrophilic characteristics (it does not absorb water), soit is a quick-drying material that does not leave an unpleasant sensation of humidity on the body.
